Fiber Cement Siding

Insulated Vinyl Siding

How long does a siding replacement take?
Most single-family homes in our service area take three to seven working days from tear-off to final walkthrough. Larger homes, multiple textures, or significant sheathing repair can add time. We give you a realistic schedule with your estimate — and tell you if weather is going to move it.
Do I have to replace all of my siding, or can you repair a section?
We repair sections all the time, especially after a storm. The honest caveat is color: siding fades over the years, so a patch on an older wall rarely matches perfectly. During the inspection we’ll tell you whether a repair makes sense or whether you’re better off putting that money toward replacement.
Will my insurance cover storm-damaged siding?
Very often, yes. Most homeowner policies cover sudden hail and wind damage, and siding is frequently damaged in the same storm that hits the roof. Coverage depends on your specific policy and deductible. We inspect at no cost, document what we find, and provide your insurance company with a detailed damage report.
Can you replace my gutters and soffit at the same time?
Yes — and it’s usually the smart move. Gutters, soffit, and fascia all have to come down for a proper siding job anyway, so doing them together saves labor and guarantees the finished details line up. We handle roofing, gutters, and siding in-house, so it’s one crew and one point of contact.
What does new siding cost?
It depends on the square footage, the material, how many stories, the amount of trim and detail work, and what we find once the old siding is off. Vinyl sits at the affordable end, fiber cement at the premium end. Rather than quote a range that won’t apply to your house, we’ll measure and give you a firm written estimate — free, with no obligation.
What happens if you find rot under my old siding?
We stop and show you. You’ll get photos of exactly what we found and a clear price to correct it before we cover anything back up. We won’t hide damaged sheathing behind new siding, and we won’t do additional work without your approval first.
